Neither player draws cards during the draw phase. Negate and destroy any cards that destroy cards form either players hand or make either players draw cards. When this card is on the field neither player can win with the effect of “Exodia the Forbidden One” when this card is destroyed both players hand to there deck. The deck is then shuffled.
