I guess.I understand what you're gettin' at, but this card is specifically meant to rid YOUR card's of costly effects, but Skill Drain rids the entire field. Possible fixes/changes-"Pay 500 Life Points.", what if you can't, or decide not too?-"Negate the effects of all monsters on your field." (on your side of the field)-"your opponent loses Life Points equal to the number of cards on his field x200." (on their side of the field x200.)
