Effect of Petal Blossom Queen

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by destroying all Spell and Trap cards on the field. For every card destroyed by this effect, place 1 Petal Counter on this card. If this card would be removed from the field, remove 1 Petal Counter from this card instead.

Increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 300 points for each Plant-Type monster in your Graveyard. Control of this card cannot switch.

Royal Soul Keeper needs to have a limit to the counters it can have

 

For Monica, the last sentence you can just say This card cannot attack directly.

 

As for Blossom Queen, even with the 400 atk boost per plant type monster, 1000 atk is still too low for it

White Shadow Angel: "LIGHT and DARK monsters that battle this card are destroyed without applying Damage Calculation."

 

Petal Blossom Queen is OP, i recommend adding an effect that returns the card to you hand during your standby phase, it also makes it a much more useful card.

 

anyway, 9.5/10, keep on makings these cards, pics and all.

I'm concentrating on my Aquatic Alloys Set right now so I'll be taking a break from this. (Making Sets are similar to rocks. They're hard.) (>_<)
