Lore: This card gains effects based on the number of "Cyber Dragon" monsters you control. 1+: Double the original ATK and DEF of this card. 2+: During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. 3+: Once per turn, you can Draw 1 card. If the card you drew is a Monster Card, send it to the Graveyard and gain Life Points equal to half the discarded monster's ATK. If the card you drew is a Spell Card, inflict 800 points of damage to your opponent. If the card you drew is a Trap Card, toss a coin and call Heads or Tails. If you call it right, you gain 1000 Life Points. If you call it wrong, you lose 1000 Life Points.

This effect is way too complex, and too powerful, and the only "Cyber Dragon" card is "Cyber Dragon" (or Proto-Cyber, who becomes it anyway). 7/10
