[spoiler=effect]

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Lord of D.". As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all Dragon-Type monsters cannot be targeted by Spell Cards, Trap Cards, or Effect Monster's effects. Twice per turn, Special Summon 2 Level 7 or lower Dragon-Type monsters in Attack Position.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. If this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell, Trap or Monster effects until the end of the Damage Step. During your Standby Phase, decrease the ATK and DEF of all your opponent's monsters by 500. During your End Phase, inflict 500 points of direct damage to your opponent's Life Points.

"Twice per turn, Special Summon 2 Level 7 or lower Dragon-Type monsters in Attack Position."

That means 4 7-star or lower dragons from anywhere every turn. To be fair I read Zelda Hero's card anyway. Even though this outrageously overpowered effect lost MUAAZ my vote.

Both cards are OP'd, but MUAAZ's is more OP'd. I could get 3 Luster Dragon # 2's( 2400ATK ) on the field, and a Luster Dragon ( 1900 ) every turn. Which then could be used for even more, because it doesn't specify when you may summon.

Vote => Zelda Hero by a long shot.

i vote for zelda hero, for the simple reason that the muaaz card is too overpowered(you are crazy if you can special summon 2 level 7 or lower Dragon monsters twice per turn) its a lot of unbalanced. in addition, you have a lot of OCG errors. the second card, has some minor errors but the rest is ok and the effect is fresh. good luck for both
