how exactly is it OP? the Nuke effect only kills Face-up specific monsters. its level 10 which isn't hard to summon but u need to work at it. And the monster that come out due to its 2nd effect cant be synchro'd.

But even if your opponent control 1 synchro monster, you can destroy it by removing a psychic-type monster. That kinda op'd. and it once per turn
