Somewhere in my first post I think WPedia Stated that any living cells can develop Cancerous cells, so I guess animals can get it too. D: @Dark: It'd depend what you classify as "one-celled", because if a unicellular organism somehow did develop cancer, its single cell would divide via metastasis, which makes it multicellular.
