Millions of years ago, before the beginning of Naruto, or any living Shinobi was born, an incident occurred. The incident was called The Endless Night, a three day disappearance of the Sun, where the moon was larger than ever, and gave off a fowl red glow. Inside the blood red moon their was a black small slitted iris, which gave the moon a demonic eye like appearance. Within a matter of minutes, or even seconds the 5 Great Nations where instantly burned then froze over completely, suppressed by an insane Chakra. For three days, the 5 Nations pretty much stood still.

 

Now, twenty Five years after Naruto's death, and the dream he carried ended it happened again. This time without warning, it repeated itself on the same day and time. Once the Shinobi had noticed this it began to cause massive hysteria, as the Shinobi world was not use to such an insanely dark Chakra they where forced to hide their families in order to survive. Many innocent Villagers and weaker Shinobi were nearly eradicated. All bodies left for dead or lying injured on the ground where captured and dragged into the iris of the huge eye.

 

For a year, this thing has dined on all the weaker Shinobi and innocents. The moon a brighter red this time was growing to a disastrous size. But this time the moon wasn’t taking a rounded form, It soon would take the form of a demonic figure. As the arrival of this awesome demonic shinobi took place, any of the remaining villagers that had survived and where in the vicinity where eradicated by this Demons wicked jutsu. The shinobi world had never seen a more relentless and ruthless Shinobi in all its days. With the Hidden Villagers eradicate after Naruto's death who will posses the ability to stop this Demonic Shinobi and bring peace to the earth.

The clan’s Kekkei Genkai is the Genshukugan. Also known as the third eye. The “Third” Eye is known for its Gravitational abilities, thus the name, Genshuku meaning Gravity in Japanese. The eye is said to have an invisible power that governs the universe. This power is known as Gravity.

 

The Genshukugan appears in the center of the forehead. This eye has the power to manipulate Gravity. The stronger the person wielding this power, the stronger the Gravity jutsu that can be used against the opponent.

 

However, this Kekkei Genkai has a side effect. Such prolonged concentration can be dangerous and taxing to the body. When used for to long, it could cause the user to faint. If a weaker user attempts to use a move that’s too strong for their level, it will instantly drain all of their chakra and they will become immobilized. If a user attempts to use a high level jutsu when their chakra is nearly depleted, the jutsu will be performed. However, the result will be death.

The clan member has 10 times the gravitational power of a normal Ninja. (Meaning that a normal ninja could jump possibly 5 feet where a ninja with the Genshukugan could jump 10 feet. It also gives the user the ability to use 2 C rank Gravity jutsu and 2 D Rank jutsu along with 1 B rank jutsu (Replacing their 1 normal non Kekkai Genkai B Rank jutsu).

 

2nd Level of Genshukugan(Chunin):

The clan member has 20 times the gravitational power of a normal Ninja. (Meaning that a normal ninja could jump possibly 5 feet where a ninja with the Genshukugan could jump 20 feet. This also goes for everything a normal ninja could do.) It also gives the user the ability to use 2 C rank Gravity jutsu and 2 D Rank jutsu along with 2 B rank jutsu, 2 A (Replacing 2 of their normal non Kekkai Genkai A Rank jutsu).

Fezataimu's gift is that of the sky's influence on Time itself, and the passage of the waking mortal world from behind its soft embrace.

 

Fezataimu manifests itself as a set of black feathers around its wielder's wrists; the shape and color of the feathers indicate the level of power of the current person utilizing it. Unlike most Kekkei Genkai, whose ultimate power is derived from the power of the one who uses it, Fezataimu's power must be unlocked through a series of very specific and ancient rituals set down by the ancestors of the clan was used by, before it can be used by that person.

This can be applied to other parts of the body to slightly cushion impacts (especially heat), or to the entire body while in freefall to glide upon the air, making landing possible from huge distances. Using this for long periods of time is exhaustive to all but the most powerful, although the ability fades before the Shinobi dies of the exertion.

 

Ritual of the Flame completed (Chunin)- The Feathers of Time gain one thumbnail-sized red feather, around the center of the wearer's wrist. While like this, a tendril of Chakra can be used to extend a wind that can physically grab and toss an opponent, hit them, or trap them in place. The wind carries an edge that makes the opponent's flesh remember the past, when it was much younger, and less stable, essentially making it near-impossible to block the wind that hits (as long as it hits bare flesh, or thin clothing). This can only be used in short bursts, and takes a few seconds to prepare.

 

Ritual of the Earth completed (Jonin)- The Feathers of Time gain a second tier of brown feathers below the black. While like this, the Shinobi controlling it can solidify their Chakra into the wind itself, slowing the progress of life itself; Everything will slow down in the area of effect. Opposing living creatures caught in this area will not notice a difference, as their perception of time stays the same. The user, however, retains their original speed, and will appear to anyone else trapped in the area to be moving at incredible high speeds. The stronger the Shinobi, the slower those caught in the nexus will become.

 

Ritual of the Sun completed (Kage)- The Feathers of Time gain three, much longer feathers that cling to their forearm, colored a bright gold. A single strike to the chest-heart area of an opponent will allow the Feathers of Time to slow the organic processes of the victim to a complete stop; Not killing, but trapping the opponent in time, essentially making them harmless. They will not become hungry, sleepy, or even be able to finish a thought, as they are locked in time itself. Their skin, being petrified due to being out of the grasp of time, is as hard as granite, but a sufficiently powerful strike could kill them truly in this state. Using this ability costs a massive amount of Chakra, to the point that those who take the Ritual of the Sun must be proven to have powers rivaling that of a Kage.

He isn't one for talking, but is capable of casual conversation. He prefers to be alone, but doesn't mind being around others.

Looks: Mateo has longish bluish-black hair that falls a little behind his shoulders and is bound into a small ponytail; Or isn't, depending on Mateo's mood that morning (Either Lazy or Not Quite as Lazy as yesterday), simple greenish forest robes, and practical leather boots. History: A traveler and wanderer, Mateo's been near everywhere but never settles and roots. He knows not where his homeland is; His father, who traveled with him, never said. Well I have two problems with your app I wanna discuss before accepting;

 

1: Your Rare passive ability, sounds demonic, Its ok as long as Its used for the good side which brings me to;

2: Rogue Rank, everybody is pretty much Rogue, If you ment you where on the bad side then Thats a problem for now anyway. As of now the Demon is the only evil character later on people may switch if the Demon accepts them as comrades. Which is why I was debating of the 1st problem.

Personality Iroha is generally shy and quiet, but tries harder to act cool when other people are around. She has also shown to be very chivalrous, stating that he enacts justice on men who abuse or treat women badly. History Iroha is one of the few people left in the Ishida Clan who can use it's Kekkei-Genkai. When she was 12 she first learned that she could use her Clan's Kekkei-Genkai. As she grew up she was popular because of her "Gift" and also because of her Skills and Accuracy. One of the people she hates is Hayate, mainly because she find him annoying and just doesn't shut up. Because of her Cleavage, no one really takes her seriously anymore.

Personality Iroha is generally shy and quiet, but tries harder to act cool when other people are around. She has also shown to be very chivalrous, stating that he enacts justice on men who abuse or treat women badly. Iroha also has a tendency to not use lethal force in battle, especially if she can win without doing so. Instead, she will simply incapacitate his opponent.

History Iroha is one of the few people left in the Ishida Clan who can use it's Kekkei-Genkai. When she was 12 she first learned that she could use her Clan's Kekkei-Genkai. As she grew up she was popular because of her "Gift" and also because of her Skills and Accuracy. One of the people she hates is Hayate, mainly because she find him annoying and just doesn't shut up. Because of her Cleavage, no one really takes her seriously anymore.

 

Iroha trains daily, currently she can hit 999.9/1000 Targets. Because of the was she fights, she rarely tries and wins the fight by incapacitating them, because of this, she is known to be a "Kind yet Cruel" Fighter, kind by not killing her opponent, and cruel by leaving them to die.

The only reason he survived is becouse he was a baby at the time so they spared him and left him to die in the desert.He somehow survived and grew stronger and eventually found his way to the sound vellage when he was 5 and was tooken in by a sound village warlord and was trained by him till he was 15.Now he has left his fosterhome in pusuit to find his clans killers.
