They have obviously restrained these beasts until needed. They are found in the bowels of their various elementary charges whether it be lightning, wind, water, earth, fire, magma, steel, or other. Any OPing of your character will result in a warning. When you have three warnings, you will be suspended from this thread for 7 days. Any additional infractions will add 4 days onto the 7.
