Very well, I shall join. But when you say "can't be human", I'm taking it you mean it can't be humanoid in appearance, like, say, the Harpy Ladies? Because an actual human being classified as a Winged Beast would be weird no matter how you look at it.

 

EDIT: Did you receive the entry fee? I tried donating, and I think my points dropped, but I'm getting an SQL error out of it.

exactly, no humanoid appearnce unless there is a more dominant creature in the humanoid form like the Gryphon below

This card can only be Tribute Summon by Tributing 1 "Simorgh" monster. Discard 1 Winged Beast-Type monster, flip all face-up Spell and Trap Cards on the field into face-down. Increase the ATK of all Winged Beast-Type monsters in 300 for each face-down card on the field. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can remove from play 2 Winged Beast-Type monsters from your Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Simorgh" monster from your Graveyard (ignoring the Summoning conditions).
