Internal Error - Donation Problem

Can someone please help?

I am trying to donate 20 Points to 12109 but every time I press the "Donate" button I get a Mybb Internal Error, Here is what It said;

 

 

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

 

SQL Error:
1062 - Duplicate entry '32767' for key 1
Query:
INSERT INTO mybb_mypslogs (`recieveuid`,`recuser`,`senduid`,`senuser`,`reason`,`modaction`,`altmyps`,`dateline`) VALUES ('375904','121092','123299','Dark Rose','your points back, I lowered the cost to 35. Thanks','don','20','1251544314')

UPDATE: It seems that It does sends the points, It just redirects you to an error page instead of the successful donation page.

I think there was also an earlier thread about this problem but I'm not sure that it was the dead on topic or anything.

Believe it or not, I have the same problem with pretty much the same error message on my forum as well. I'm afraid only YCMaker can sort this out.

Every time ANYONE tries to donate' date=' they get a MyBB error, thinking they didn't donate but they did, so they go donating again and the error comes again, they think they didn't donate but they actually overdonated! PLEASE people when you get that error while donating don't donate again, the points are sent!

Its to do with the name, as it's a chain of consecutive numbers, MySQL reads it as a user ID, hence making it invalid. I'm not too sure though.

 

I get the same error too, but with my details, so yeah.

Yeah I had an Idea it was to do with the name.

It does that but the points have been sent I've have had the same problem.
