The key then is to keep members interested, not more. More members will only clutter things and make things not easy to follow. All it will be people entering the club, asking how their sprite is, then leaving. Also as for dropping to the second page, that just happens sometimes. It just means most people are at school or are busy.

The First is a Recolor of Ninetails' date=' the second is Absol/Mewtwo.

The recolor is good. I'm not going to go into much detail considering the simplicity of some recolors, but it looks good.

9/10 dude' date=' you do some mean sprites!

Please explain why you rated it so high.

If I were to rate it, at first glance I would pit the splice at about 4/10.

How to keep members interested? no offence coolboy but you suck at leading!

The leader must do activities and award members from time to time, must organize the front page and make it look cool, just look at my Shop! http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/thread-147835.html if you see this from the first time it would absolutely get your attention, because it's organized, colourful and beautiful! A leader should create a website or forum for the club and do activities. A leader also adds ranks for the club for example "Leader" "Spriter" Advanced Spriter", and achievements and awards. A leader make a Shop for the club and arrange huge club tournaments; must also put some rules and banned list on the front page in an organized way and stuff like that, making the first thread centered would also make it nice. No wonder the club is dumbed, just look at DeMeNTeD's club!

In simple words you are no leader! (or an EXTREMELY lazy leader)

Username:pokemon 8548

Sprite Example:10rpeev.jpg

Why You Want To Join This Club:I love splicing

Level Of Spriting:pretty high since i can make some splices with 7+ pokemon.

intyrn.jpg see whos laging now (its all the starter pokemon's first forms)

FUNNY! Real funny! I dare you to show us a 10 Pókemon Splice!

I hate to burst both of your bubbles' date=' but Splicing isn't about being able to jam a lot of sprites into 1, it's about mixing sprites together to make a whole.

For instance, my biggest sprite contains 48 pokemon, but that doesn't mean it's any good.

i know this is a sucky one i never said i was good with 10+ i said i was PRETTY good with 7+ so i mean like 7-10.

Sne Pales makes some points. Although a few of the things he mentioned aren't needed. Making a site and running a shop aren't required in my eyes. As for what you can do to keep things interesting. In someway creating interesting conversations.

What ever you just said now doesn't even make sense. I can only assume it is in some way a rating to the previous post. Now from what I can tell you want part of this place's selling points to be that you get help on sprites. You though show no sign of being helpful. Whatever you just said doesn't contribute to anything.

Another issue you might run into is your sporadic nature. You are very quick to compliment and don't have the best perspective on sprites. Now normally I find it just a slight bother if someone doesn't have a realistic idea of how well a sprite is put together. However if you are running a spriting club, I suggest you have a more down to earth style of reasoning. There is a large different between a 9/10 and 4/10. I'm not saying you have to be a spriting master. Yet I am asking for an understanding. Most serious spriters will don't want to hear a blindly given high score. We like to hear reasoning, and we should be able to handle critique, heck we usually try and seek it.

So if you want members, you want members to stay active, and if you want the club to have the right amount of respect and class, I suggest you shape up a bit. A leader has to lead, and set an example for those to follow. Try and have more depth to the things you say, it will leave people fishing for more. Keep your comments shallow and without true meaning, and everyone will just ignore you.
