The effect of Nemesis because it is not clear

"This card cannot be normal summon or set.This card can only be special summon by the effect of "T-VIRUS" spell card.You must also offer monsters whose total level star equal 7 or more from your hand or field plus a zombie type monster from your graveyard.As long as this card is face up on the field, the ATK/DEF points of all of your opponents monsters on the field are decreased by 600 points.When this card goes to the graveyard, you can special summon up to 3 zombie type monsters in face up attack position."

Cool cards 10/10

Just one thing:

"the ATK\DEF points all of your opponent monsters that will be summoned (including special summon) and already summoned are decreased by 600 points"

Would be better if it was "the ATK/DEF points of all of your opponents monsters on the field are decreased by 600 points"
