Attach a picture of yourself, and place it into an envelope that is equally as elegant. Then place a stamp that is special and thoughtful, which you choose carefully yourself in the post office. If you know your parents aren't allowed to know about your secret crush, then why are you bothering with all the technicalities? This is the Internet. Just send her an e-mail saying you like her. If she rejects you, just tell her that you'll stop bothering her if you don't stand a chance. If you really did like her, you would go through with all that effort just to show it. And if you were really planning to fall madly in love with her, you would have the courage to let your parents know.
