Anime Figurines - Definition of Real Life Beauty

Recommended Posts

[align=center]Well, look at the pictures below, and discuss the beauty of anime figurines.

You can look at them, admire them, pose them, and other stuff (that you perverted people also desire).

Incase anybody was wondering, yes, you can take apart the clothes and stuff. The full body is totally intact.

It wasn't meant to be a 100% pervy question' date=' just curiosity.

In a recent poll, Japanese women are one of the "hottest" races of women on this planet, so I can see this "toy" selling.

I give up.

Was it something I said?

Really, if you're a guy with those, you're going to look shady, no matter what. :/

There are some really nicely crafted pieces though. Expensive as hell, so I'm told.

You can argue anime as an art form until you're blue in the face, some people will never get past the ecchi and hentai stereotypes. A damn shame too.

When one is not knowledgeable in a certain field, one will resort to stereotypes as a pseudo-knowledge in said field.

Something Sushi would keep in his room.

~Ouchie.

TBQH' date=' when I saw the weapons involved, it somewhat reminded me of Bionicle.

How delicate are these? How easily do they break?

They vary. Some are actually quite durable and sturdy, while some are more fragile and may snap. Depends on what you buy.

Other than "perverted" usage, this really cannot be sold.

At a young age, you wouldn't want to expose young girls to that kind of explicit stuff (I have a cousin who tries stripping her Barbie).

Once you get older, girls kind of grow out of the "doll/figurine" phase.

And boys only have one viable reason to actually buy one of these. We all know what that is.

Mentality is a bit different in Asia. These things sell pretty well.

Wait, are these anime figures from actual anime shows? Like that pink girl from Naruto? If that is the case, these things WOULD sell well considering how many anime fanboys/girls exist. But from the looks of it, it's just random anime characters that don't have an anime.

Actual anime figures.

Considering the MASSIVE fanbase shows like Naruto and crap have, I can see a big future for these figures.
