You may discard 1 card to destroy 1 face-up monster of the selected Type on your opponent's side of the field.- While in Defense Position: Once per turn, select any Attribute. For example, first effect involves ATK gaining, second effect involves DEF gaining with the same conditions! That seems like a high power level.
