During the Main Phase 1 of your opponent's turn, you can select 1 card on the field and flip a coin. If you get Heads, destroy the selected card. If you get Tails, you cannot delcare your Battle Phase next turn. You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard if it was Destroyed by Battle. If you activate this effect, the ATK and DEF of this card is halved.
