[spoiler=Plot]Duelists from around the world are brought to Japan (The birthplace of YGO) for a world Championship. When the Duelist arrive they are brought into a room for rules, schedule, orientation, registration, etc...

 

All the duelist are in a Mansion owned by the tournament. On the first night the duelist hear screams coming from the basement. Everyone rushes and sees a black mist coming from a portal. The portal unexpectedly opens wider and sucks them all into the Duel Monsters Dimension.

Background: Jace was abandonded when she was 8, so she had to live on her own. In order to get money and live, she duels. When she is asked about her past, she just smiles and says, "I've been living on my own since I was 8. Before I was 8, well, it's a long story." and walks away. She has a rather upbeat and positive attitude.

Bio: She has always been a frail girl but is strong at heart and longs for adventure, she has a alternate personality called Nisa. She has a pet husky thats been with her since she was seven. She found a realese for her bordom of being stuck in her house in yugioh and eventualy perswaded her parents to let her go to the world championship where she rose to the finals.

Background: Kenta grew up in Tokyo and played Yu-Gi-Oh since he was 12. He liked it so much, he bought every card he could, but his favorite card he bought always stuck out. XX-Saber Gottoms was a card he just recently bought, but something about it just drew him to buy as many XX and X-Saber monsers as possible. He entered this tournament after building it mainly as a test.

With all the Qualifying Tournaments finished, the champion of each one was sent a package containing: A plane ticket to Kushiro, Hokkaido (Its in Japan), their own Duel Disk (you can have it look however you want), ID card with their picture, a map of where to be once they arrive in Japan and a small letter informing them of what to do. One main excerpt that sticks out reads

 

"Must immediately proceed to the Main Living Quarters once you arrive. Any late arrivals will be immediately disqualified.

 

PS: Don't forget your Deck. Your life might just depend on it."

 

RP Begin

Brandon walked to the airport in the city of Kushiro with a slight headache. He felt airsick through the whole flight. He only brought with him a bag filled with his clothes and some gear and had his duel disk on his wrist. He duel disk was blue and rusted and had cracks on it. He looked around to see if anyone else was part of this house as well. "Looks like I'm the only one here, so far." he sighed as he continued traversing the airport.

Saiako got off of the plane pulling along her big rolling filled with her clothes and

duel disk already fited with her deck the only thing she has is her spare cards. She manages to finaly reach the terminal while thinking "I wonder why my mother and father finaly desided to let me go" she wonders as she notices brandon. Saiako lugs her suitcase over to Brandon "uh..hi there are you here for the tornament too my driver isent here yet do you want a duel to pass the time" she says quiet and gently.

Fallen got off the plane and began walking towards the exit. As he went to the baggage claim he was wearing his Duel Disk (Crimson Red) and people were noticing him and whispering to each other. Fallen walked outside and was approached by many young children asking him if he was in the World Tournament "Yes, but please leave me alone i can't be late." The children looked at Fallen "Why do u speak english so funny?" Fallen began to get angered "I am not some Yankees from America, i was born in Madrid,Spain. Now leave me alone!". The children ran away laughing. Fallen continued outside and entered a Taxi towards the Living Quarters.

Before she could unzip her bag a butler looking guy came up to Saiako "i am realy sorry young miss but i was held up by my sister you see..... it is trivial to explain to a young kid" he said.

Saiako blinked "oh that sucks I guess we will have to wait to duel" she smiles and walked away with the butler.

Kenta got to the terminal and went to the spot where all the other contestants were gathered. He bowed and said "Konichiwa. Hajimemashite. O gen ki desu ka? Watashi wa Kenta. Hello, nice to meet you. How are you? My name is Kenta. Anyone feel up for a duel, possibly, as a warm up?"

William got off the plane. He got a cab to go to where the map told him to go. He looked at his duel disk. It was black and gilded gold and with golden butterflies on it. He picked it up. It always felt ice cold. He looked through his deck. When the cab was at the place. He got out and paid the man. He got his bag and his deck and disk. He couldn't wait to duel.... He went in and into the main living quarters. He dropped his bag and sat on it waiting. He saw some people but knew not to be friends with them....

As some Duelist made it to the Mansion where they were gonna stay the PR, Ayame Mika, came out and made a brief announcement "Welcome Duelist from around the world, or should i say mostly from America. I am Ayame Mika or Ms. Mika for short. But welcome and enjoy your stay here. For now since it is not time for the orientation, you may sit tight until we are ready and the others arrive. If you have any questions please feel free to ask me or anyone on our staff. We are here to accommodate you in any way possible." Ms. Mika left leaving the duelist alone in the living quarters alone.

IC: Brandon walked to the main quarters of the mansion and fell on the floor, sweating heavily. He had walked the way to the mansion since his driver has not arrived for over 4 hours and he didn't have enough money for a taxi. He slowly got up and sat on the bench in the hallway. "Man, I really need to walk more." he said as he breathed heavily. He got up and looked for the living quarters.

IC: "Ugh, am i late? If i am it was the airports fault!"Ostin said in a slightly annoyed tone. *Stupid 2 hour flight delay* and in the midst of Ostin's thought he trips and lands in a faceplant.

"EEEEK" Saiako screemed as Brandon fell at the foot of her bed "w-why are you in my room" she cryed. She notices he was sweting prefusely "did you walk here, i would have taken you with me if you needed a ride" she says in shock. Saiako puts away her cards but uses tongs to put away a shadowy looking card, "wait here" she says bluntly, she returns a bit later with a jug of water, "here" says as she rolls her eyes.

"Thanks." Brandon states as he drink almost half of the jug. "Sorry .I didn't know it was your room. The driver that I had didn't come for more than four hours, so I probably missed the whole orientation and room numbers." he looked at Saiako's deck on the corner of her bed. He bit his lip and set the jug down on the floor.

Ooc: You can speak to your duel spirits, but only you. No one else can see or communicate with them.

 

As Fallen arrives he notices many of the other duelist have already arrived. "I better go to my room and prepare." As he grabs his room key he feels a dark presence manifest itself near by. Black Rose Dragon appears as a spirit behind Fallen "Did you feel that Fallen? Somethings not right. I told you we shouldn't have come here." Fallen remains frozen for a time and then leaves to his room. "It'll will be fine, as long as my deck doesnt let me down, nothing can hurt us."

IC:*ugh why am i so clumsy today* Ostin thought. After Ostin managed to find his room his duel spirit appears looking worried "hey is something wrong?"Ostin said quiet enough so no one in the hall could here,

 

"something just does not feel right around here"Dark Mech General - Orafansu said,

 

"well just hang in there, it will all be over soon." Ostin said "i guess ill see if anyone else is here." Slowly Ostin walked into the hall and spotted someone heading to there room "hey can i come over i'm a little bored."

Before Fallen enters his room he hears someone call him. Black Rose Dragon appears behind him "What are you doing? Dont go near him. You know how others have only left you down." Fallen stays silent for a second "Did you want something?" Looking at Ostin "Speak or else leave me alone."
