Dark, Wolf and Angel don't really fit in the same sentence, but I can see how you got the idea for it.

 

The effect could be more creative and imaginative.

Seems like a copy of 1 of the Monarch's just with more stuff added and Summon ability changed.

That doesn't work, because of the ONE card in ALL of YGO that allows you to have face-down Attack Position monsters. Set would only apply to Defense Position monsters, Spells and Traps. Also, when a card is flipped face-down by a card effect, it is not considered Set.

 

Card is newer than monster now.
