Seems fair enough. But put a limit on the Dragon destruction otherwise it will be a Dragon-fest. =O

Make the destruction a 'by battle' only one. =)

Otherwise in 2 rounds you could get out a quick LV 5/6 Dragon, and trust me, there's some powerful Dragons at that Level. =|

So from the comments and the ratings its a useful card but can be used to over taket he field abit to quickly...I will edit it to make it abit more awkward to Special Summon the cards. I will take LiAM's idea and edit it abit...anymore ideas and ratings please

Thanks to everyone that has already added their imput.

I don't really use dragons myself, but this could be a very useful card to have in a Dragon deck. Sort of reminds me of Magical Exemplar.

A very balanced and fair effect. The picture matches the title perfectly. I don't think it needs anymore changes. I'd say this card is completed.

10/10

Very good. I cant think of much else to say 9/10

Wait... this is my 400 post... IM A 4 STAR NOOB!yay ^_^

party.gif RAVE PARTY CELEBRATION! sorry... ill stop now... And to pay for doing that ill do a non-half@$$ed review of the card....Just gimmie a minute.

Okay- Well I think its pretty balanced saying the card has to be summoned from your hand. The OCG is good and (not perfect but good) and the pic is nice.

Effect-10/10

Pic-9/10

Balance-9.5/10

Overall-9.5/10 and +1 rep^_^

Would i use it? Well if i had a dragon deck i would >_>

Dude' date=' this is a cheat trap card! At least put a trigger that makes you pay 800 Life Points per times you remove a set of Dawn Counters then it'll be fixed, other than that I like the concept of where this card is going and the image is not half bad either...oh yeah, your OCG is alright also! 9/10

Dude, this card is fine!

Since you can only get Dawn Counters when your opponent destroys a Dragon you control in battle, no additional Life Point cost is needed.

Also, because you aren't going to be racking up more than 4 Dawn Counters on this card, and the act of removing Dawn Counters from the card to summon a monster is an Ignition Effect you can only use during your turn, you can only Summon 1 Level 7 or 8 dragon or 2 Level 5 or 6 Dragons once and then this card is gone at the end of your turn.

Unless you plan on attacking your opponent's stronger monsters with your weaker dragons, thus risking LP damage to yourself to get Dawn Counters on this card before your End phase. But that I think that is a legitmate tactic, and certainly one that is not without its costs in terms of lost monsters.

And if he doesn't want to summon a high level dragon and just spend 2 Dawn Counters to summon a Level 5 or 6, keeping two counters on the card for later, so what? The Trap card isn't invincible against card effects. It could easily be destroyed with dozens of cards that destroy Spell/Trap cards.

This card doesn't need any additional conditions. It's fine the way it is.
