During the turn and Phase of this cards activation, destroy all cards on both your and your opponent's side of the field. Inflict damage to both players Life Points equal to the number of cards detroyed by this cards effect x100. Each time you or your opponent draws a card from his/her Deck, inflict 100 points of damage to the players Life Points. As long as this card remains on the field, all monsters summoned by your opponent that has 3000 ATK points or more has halved ATK and DEF.
