meatsheild41
Okay, from the very beginning, you're all thinking, "WHAT THE F***?!!" I know, a level 4 with 3000 ATK, it's way too OPed. Then again, its effect is about as useful as putting your notebook into a washing machine. Here, I'll show you. Effect: This card cannot be Special Summoned. Any Battle Damage done to your opponent's Life Points by this card is reduced to 0. This card is switched to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase in which it had battled a Monster, and cannot switch Battle Positions until your 3rd Stand-by Phase. This card's effect cannot be canceled. Now, this is just a card I was making a poll for, so you could rip on it like a Christmas present. I just want some feed back. ragnarok1945
it should still have a specific normal summon requirement or it's still Oped 7.2/
.Leo
i agree. add a Normal Summon restriction and it will be a ok card ~7/10~
Sash
First off, it's WAY to UPed. (Underpowered) And second, why would it be on the Forbidden or Limited list? No real OCG errors, and again, the effect is very UPed. You might want to change the stats and effect a bit. For now, 6/10. You're new. 8)
Chex
It's pretty good, mainly like a Goblin Attack Force but without the battle damage and MUCH higher ATK. It's mainly good for wiping out stronger monsters on the other hand and maybe you should let it have an effect: "The battle damage inflincted to your opponent's life points by this card is halved" or otherwise it'd be just a sitting duck for 3 turns and can't pull of any damage. Really impressed here. 9/

But it's basically having a free Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and I said, "no, it'd still be too strong." But since you said something about that, I might change it. Thanks for everyone's feed back. ♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
OCG fix:"This card cannot be Special Summoned. All battle damage involving this card is reduced to 0. If this card attacks, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase. This cards battle position cannot be changed until the 3rd Standby Phase after this effect was activated. This card's effect cannot be canceled." o-o Loads of OCG errors but I fixed. This picture is getting overused but its ok. It's effect is balanced. 7/10 Bold = Proper OCG First off' date=' it's WAY to UPed. (Underpowered)[/s'] And second, why would it be on the Forbidden or Limited list? meatsheild41
it should still have a specific normal summon requirement or it's still Oped 7.2/10 Alright, you want a normal summon requirement, read from the sencond sentance up to...uh...the last word in its card effect. If I added anymore to it, it'll be a little more useful than Thousand Eyes Idol. Really, just think about its effect and, if you still feel the same way, just reply to this message, ok? Same goes for you, ~OR~.
ARandomCardMaker
Technically its quite overpowered Rating: Name: 8/10Stars: 2/10Effect: 10/10Attribute: 10/10Type: 10/10ATK: 3/10DEF: 2/10Pic: 9/10OCG: 9/10_________________________________TOTAL: 7/10_________________________________
regalsword65
Isnt that UP'ED?? It can only destroy one monster and you get no damage to your opponent out of it.... It would probally be limited. Its kind of like Goblin attack force only with a much bigger drawback. 6.5/

I think you just look at the Attack Power to judge it's strength. If a monsters attack is outrageously high and it's effect is a major drawback (which is exactly what this card is) then it is Balanced and not OP
