This card cannot be Normal Summoned nor set, this card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 "Mecha Silo Bug" you control. On your opponents Stanby Phase give this card 1 Soul Counter. (max .3)Tribute 1 Soul counter to bring back 1 monster card from the graveyard & put on the field in face up ATK mode or Face-Down DEF poistion.
