Guest Merciful Idiot
Anyway <_<First of all, you did notice it has a head on it's knees and chest, right? First effect's fix:This card cannot be destroyed by battle by a Dragon-Type monster. I'd call it the Dragon Dragon Destroyer. 9/10 NOTE: This post has been reported and is awaiting an idiot's review

Catman25
Seems underpowered, like it'd be destroyed after the first turn, since you're pretty much wiping the field clean of your monsters with it's summon. Good attempt to balance a 4000+ ATK monster though. 8/
Moonlight Princess
It's a bit underpowered, maybe you should reduce its lv and give it a stronger effect. Nice picture, good idea!
JimmieIII
It is a great work of art with an awesome attack strength and a powerful limiter that can potentially hurt the user. Question though did you do the art work yourself and if so what program did you use?

Spire
I don't think it's underpowered. The fact that it has over 4000 ATK and can stick around a while keeps it relatively balanced regardless of if it's destroyed IMO. I like how you are forced to destroy a dragon, which just makes it harder to keep. Ussually, cards people create with 4000 ATK tend to be overpowered, but you've done well trying to balance this. ragnarok1945
overused pic, and I'd make it last more than just 1 turn on the field 7/
