This card cannot be Special Summoned except by tributing 1 EARTH monster you control. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, increase your Life Points by 200 points and decrease your opponent's Life Points by 200 during each of your Standby Phases. I am guessing 200, but you might want to be a bit more clear about that. The summoning requirment makes it seem underpowered. Dradox Defense...the defense strength of Millenium Shield with the attack-drawing power of Ring of Defense without the ATK/DEF decrease. Not the most original of ideas, but it works. Only, it's overpowered IMO as it has 3000 defence, only requires 1 tribute and it protects all other monsters, which is a pretty strong defence. I would lower it to 2500 or so.
