Forcing peoples to stay in a controlled enviroment longer is not going to force them to learn. Infact, it's going to start more peoples to do worse. Oh, and Dark, and that other person, forgot your name though because you're not important enough for me to remember, there's no reason to stereotype Americans. And I've changed my view on the topic, and I agree with you; America still has it's people, but we are unfairly being outshined by the top 10% of students in India or China.
