If this card is sent to the Graveyard during your opponent's turn, you can discard 2 cards to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. If a card effect is activated or a monster is Summoned, this card loses 100 ATK and DEF until the End Phase.[/align]

Haven't seen you post a card in a while, I like this one.

 

I've seen the image befor but its a good one, the OCG is solid and the effect is pretty versatile.

 

This card could be used with many other ones in a deck, it would be even better if it was Zombie-Type.

 

I think you should lower the ATK though, or increase the amount that is lost. Generally, 2000 ATK Level 4s have more of a neagtaive effect.

As Bengal has already said, Level 4 mosters with 2000 ATK tend to have drawbacks. Losing a low 100 ATK untill the end phase dosen't really make much of a difference. Maybe get rid of "until the end phase", increase it's Level, or lower it's ATK because right now it seems just a tad overpowered. Besides that, I have no problems with this card, though I know you are capable of alot more.

drop the atk down to 1800ish or give it a drawback and you'll be good to go
