Nighthawk14
This card cannot be Special Summoned. When the effect of a Spell, Trap, or Monster Card activates, you can discard 1 card in your hand to, negate the activation of that card and destroy it. When you have only 1 card left in your hand, you can tribute this card to, discard your opponents entire hand o the Graveyard, for each monster sent to the Graveyard, inflict 200 Life Points to your opponent. If you have no cards in your hand, destroy this card. I edited both images myself, I'm working on a better pic for the second one.

You don't need so many commas though. The effect is nice I like it. 9/10 =D Edit: Ragnarok I think you need glasses...

Nighthawk14
I don't think its overpowered? When you have no cards left in your hand, it is destroyed. You must also discard 1 card in your hand, in order to Negate a card. Though I now see what you're going towards......

destron
how often do u have no cards in ur hand? plus its the negate a card effect i was talking about.
Nighthawk14
Yeah, but destroying your hand is also a downfall. When you have one left you can tribute it, only during your turn though. When you have no card's in your Hand, its destroyed. Also it can easily be destroyed in battle. destron
watever, thats just wat i think. although i just realized how similar the first pic is to the real stardust dragon. its like the same! <.
Nighthawk14
Well its supposed to be A Evil version of Stardust Dragon....thats why it's name is "Black Heart Stardust Dragon". I didn't want to use the same pic of the stardust dragon, or some random dragon pic, so I found a different stardust dragon pic and edited that one to my standards. blademac
In my opinion, the card is under-powered. stardust has to kill two monsters without negating anything in between (as the sacrifice and special summon of stardust would reset the count) then you have to remove the stardust from play (no call of the haunted or pot of avarice), then the new dragon can only negate while you have cards in your hand, and when you have no cards in your hand... boom. the new stardust can't be summoned, so all in all i am not sure i would use this card in my deck. very nice work on the picseffect is nice, if a little too limiting8/10 don't be afraid to make your cards powerful, especially if you put harsh summoning conditions on them. Nighthawk14
Thats what I mean, but thats not the only way you can summon it though. He can be Normal Summoned also.
◊ Hᵃᵏᵃˢᵉ ◊
Did no one realize? This card is OVP'd. Think about this + Infinite Cards. It's not a rare card to have nowadays. And with him on the field, you can negate cards that would demolish Infinite Cards and such. What's worse, when you have 1 card left in your hand, you can Tribute him to get rid of all monsters in your opponent's hand. That leaves them defenseless, except for their Spells and Traps. More than likely, with Infinite Cards you'll hold Heavy Storm, considering it's a Staple in every Deck. Then, take in consideration that once he's gone, you still have 1 card in your hand. If that card is something with 1700-2000 ATK, more than likely you'll have yourself set. They take their turn, more than likely play a monster, and you probably have cards to destroy monsters face-down. Activate those, and go your turn. Activate a face-down Heavy Storm, to blow everything up. Your opponent wouldn't expect it. Finally, keep attacking in such a manner, eventually get another monster, and tear your opponent apart. Don't forget there are monsters that make your opponent discard cards, so if you played something like that, what would your opponent do then?8/10. I like the work and thought, but I have to many thoughts put into this card.
dragoncreator12
Up there fixed the small error. 8.5/
Nighthawk14
He can only negate effects that destroy monsters....at least thats what I meant. So you could easily remove him from plsy and remember you still draw only 1 Card.
blademac
Yes, infinite cards does remove the hand limit, but you are still only drawing one card a turn. If you discard 2 a turn to negate things, then your hand diminishes faster than you can replenish it.
