Ok, I see only theses have Insect in their name: Giant Insectasapien, Insectasapien Soldier, Insect Killer Boy, Insect Alien-Beast Invader.

 

The picture is good and OCG is good too. 9/10

impressive, a fairy that's also insect, the effect is well balanced for it, so it gets 9.1/10

This card can also be treated as an Insect-Type monster. When this monster is Fusion Summoned, you can draw 1 card from the top of your Deck for each face-up Insect-Type monsters you control. If you do so, you must skip your 2 next Battle Phases. If this monster is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard by a card effect controlled by your opponent while it is in face-up Attack Position, you lose 200 Life Points for each face-up non-Insect Type monsters you control.
