Â There needs to be another effect, as of now it really doesn't have one. Â The image also has a slight border on it, but I like to see you are making a Toon. I don't think that I'd use it on this card though. Â BriaErik, I doubt you copied everything off the Toon card you bought, because this card is still missing the Direct Attack effect that ALL Toon monsters have.
