Dead Queen:

Image us okay, but could be better "due to background"

Ghost-Type is not a real Type. Zombie or Fiend would suit this

Do not make odd stats such as "670", because of the difficult of decreasing or halfing it.

Stats are overpowered for Level 4 (3s should have stats between 700-1300)

Ignoring the stats, the effect is too overpowered for the card. It's a "Raigeki", and a chance to add another monster to your hand.

A Fixed Version: "When this card is Summoned, send all face-up Level 4 or Lower monsters on the field to the Graveyard, and add 1 Level 4 or lower Fiend-Type monster from your Deck to your hand."

 

Life Potion + Red Potion:

Decent images, but effects are a bit too plain. They're okay, though.

 

Goblin Green Potion:

Image could do with a background, and here is just another fixed effect:

"Add 1 "Coach Goblin" from your Deck to your hand. You cannot Summon the card during the same turn."

 

Skeleton Warrior:

Could use an effect to make it less useless

Overpowered for a Level 3
