All YCM rules apply.France's card: Denmark's card: Effect: This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:-While "Umi" is on the field, this card cannot be selected as an attack target. This card can attack directly. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, you can discard 1 WATER monster to destroy 1 face-up monster on the field and 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card on the field. When this card is destroyed, you can remove it from play to Special Summon 1 "Penguin" monster from your hand or Graveyard, except "Cold Ocean Penguin".
