I AM ONLY LOOKING FOR HELP ON THE OCG!!! I am not looking for ratings or suggestions unless the suggestions are for the OCG.

 

The effect is self-explanatory I think, even I know the OCG is bad. I can post a reply on this saying what it means if you don't understand. idk.

that is one WAY too powerful effect, unless the die number has to equal EXACTLY the monster lv you intend to special summon, in which case it's unlikely to get any benefits anyway

yes, that's the point. its unlikely that u will get the number u want unless u have several different monsters with different levels. true there isn't any negative, its just unlikely that u will get a positive

If you only need an OCG fix, you can visit Mia's Shop for that. When you post a card here, you can expect comments on other things (sometimes ;)).

 

Anyway:

 

"If the only face-up monster you control is Level 2 or lower, you can roll up to 3 die. The combined result is equal to the Level of a monster you can Special Summon from your hand this turn. If the result of all 3 die are 1, send all monsters you control to the Graveyard and lose 1000 Life Points."

Even so. I would make it so the card is destroyed during the end phase, as it's not very likley all 3 would land on 1. Although I quite like the idea though.
