Wisels cool, but I doubt we'll ever see him IRL. to easy to stop, unless it had some kind of super defense, things that can be royally screwed by simple destruction cards just don't merit use.

 

Wisel Carrier, change "the opponent's" to "your opponents" the with your, and you don't need the " ' " because that would make it "The opponent is card effects"

 

like "don't" to "do not" or "There" to "There is"
