While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect: - When a WIND monster is Summoned, place 1 Shroud Counter on this card (max. 3). You can remove 3 Shroud Counters from this card send 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field to the Graveyard. If your opponent controls no Spell or Trap Cards during the Battle Phase, if this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent, send 1 card from the top of his/her Deck to the Graveyard.
