DrakeCannon Posted September 12, 2009 Report Share Posted September 12, 2009 Decided to be silly! Aqua Tank Dragon Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 2 WATER monsters with 1700 ATK or more. Once per turn, you can discard 1 WATER monster card in your hand to destroy 1 card on the field. If "Umi" is face-up on the field, then you can destroy 2 cards on the field. For each card destroyed, place 1 "Aqua Tank Counter" on this card (max 1). When there is an "Aqua Tank Counter" on this card, the field is treated as "Umi"(however there is no increasing or decreasing of ATK/DEF due to Umi's effect). Bengal Posted September 12, 2009 Report Share Posted September 12, 2009 Creative, maybe should be in Any Other Cards, but I'm not sure. OCG looks fine and effect is balanced, a bit simple though.
