In case you can't read the effect, it's:

 

1 Tuner LIGHT monster + 1 or more Warrior-type non-Tuners

When this card is sucessfully Synchro Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Warrior-type monster from your hand. When this card's effect is activated, your opponent can Special Summon a monster whose Level is equal to or less than the Level of the monster you summoned. This card gains 200 ATK and DEF for each Warrior-type monster on the Field.

The best thing about this one is its flexibility... you can play it in a variety of Decks, making it a good, if somewhat gimicky, card.
