Dæmon Days - [BASIC] - A His Dark Materials Based Survival RP

Name: Kenny Bohner

Age: 19

Appearance (Picture or Description): Dark' date=' mid-length, messy hair, darker-than-your-average-cracker skin, [b']blue eyes, with a yellow ring around the pupil.[/b] Height: Six feet even. Weight: Two hundred and ten pounds. Almost no facial hair; a trace of a moustache. Somewhat bushy eyebrows.

Gender: Male

Bio: A young man from New York, who met a very mysterious, blonde-haired guy at a party, and followed him to his apartment. Then, he blacked out, and woke up in a frozen building, with no memory, except of the strange man. He appeared very on edge, and shyed away from human contact for a while (That's when the RP begins). Should he begin to warm up to people though, they'll see in him what everyone he knew back home saw; a highly intelligent, carefree kinda guy, the comic-relief type.

Dæmon Animal Form: Penquin

Dæmon's Appearance: About three feet tall, and black, with a white circle on her belly. Has a crooked beak, with a small mark on the right side.

LET THE RPING BEGIN!

 

Warren's eyes opened, ice crystals flaking off his eyelids as he did. Him and many other people are in a regal palace constructed solely of ice. He begins to wonder why it doesn't melt. More importantly he wonders why he's here. Everyone else is still unconscious, with their Dæmon's trying to wake them up. He strolls through the palace with Lotoslaviette, Lotos for short, his Dæmon. There doesn't seem to be anyway out...

 

Yet.

Ira awoke and her first thought was Censi. Where was he? She didn't need to worry; she soon realised the magnificant Birdwing was perched on her shoulder. She gently awoke him, then she got up and looked around. No one else but a boy with a Daemon hare was awake. She decided to walk over to him. "Hey. I guess you're confused as to how you got here as well?"

Liam rushed to get ready while his Daemon cept pushing him away form the dressing table which held all of his gels, deodrents and aftershaves. After a while he left the house and started to walk but didnt know where. He eventualy saw a starnge girl walking over to a random person and got curious on what she was doing.

Warren noticed Ira approaching him, and nervously greeted her. Lotos was tugging at his frosted pantleg. "Yes. Who are you?" nervously answered Warren. "How did we get here?" They gazed at the others still unconscious. There had to be a way out of this place, they just couldn't find it.

 

Liam, since you aren't here yet, you'll be left in the palace soon after the rest of us.

Bio:Alex Was Walking home from a Friends, when someone grabbed her from Behind and It all went Black, next thing She knew she was in a Frozen building, she dosn't renember anythign Except walking home that night

Dæmon's Appearance: He is White with small Black stripes on his Back, he also has Blue eyes

Kenny awoke to a shooting pain in his arm from the elbow up, and utter numbness below. His eyes felt like they were frosted together. He rolled onto his back and looked up. He saw a low, frozen, ceiling, with icicles hanging down. The floor was white, and, looking down at his clothes and skin, they were, too.

 

When he realized what this entailed, he awoke, fully, with a start. Okay, what the hell's going on? he pondered, looking around. There were several other teens around, with... animals, of some sorts. He noticed that he had a throbbing headache.

 

Groggily, he called to one of the assorted people, who had what appeared to be a bunny with him, who was a little shorter than him, with brown hair, and matching brown eyes, while stifling a belch, "Excuse me, but, do you have any idea howta get to 126th from here?"

"Excuse me?" replied Warren, confused. Ira looked equally confused. Lotos also looked at him, part confused, and part nervous. Warren explained the ice palace, as he already explored it, and how there isn't a way out. He felt himself getting frostbite. There wasn't a source of warmth anywhere, and even if they could get out of the ice palace, there's no way they could get through the North. Not even just the enemies, such as the Tartars, but just the bitter cold.

Alex Awoke to a Place were Icecles Where hanging off the Ceiling. as soon as she Awoke, she had started Shivering, "Tran.." The Ferret Ran Down her Arm and Looked At Her. "Im here Alex". Alex looked at Tran, and then Noticed Some People Walking Around, Some of them looked Older than her, but that didn't Matter, She would Rather be will people than Alone in a Place like This.. She got up and Walked Over to Them, Still Shivering. "Hi..Do you Guys know where we are?" She could even feel Tran Shivering on her Arm.

"Hello, I'm Ira," said Ira to Warren. Censi fluttered down on her shoulder, his long wingspan brushing her hair. "Your Daemon's quite pretty." She notioned at Lotos.

"Okay, Ira and Warren... but, who's 'Damian'? The bunny? Well, regardless, the joke's over, ha-ha, very funny. Seriously, where's the door? I'm gettin' chilly..."

 

He heard footsteps behind him, and jumped. Turning around, he saw... a penguin. Like, three feet tall, black-and-white, garden-variety penguin. He took a step back. It followed him.

 

"Uh, guys... I think he likes me."

Kenny, your Dæmon is always with you, unless you lost your memory... ^_^

 

I'm not sure if you understand the concept, they are with you at birth.

 

Warren ignored Kenny. "Hello. My name is Warren. Your Dæmon is beautiful as well." Suddenly, Warren remembered the situation they were in. Warren spoke to the two, but Kenny was still confused. "Lotus, change into a moth and investigate some more please." Lotus morphed into a beautifully colored moth that seemed to glow. She began circling through the palace, and returned several minutes later. "I couldn't find any way out, though there is an ice dome at the ceiling, and a storage room above us somewhere. There's also a strange machine somewhere in here, but I don't remember where. This palace has to be at least a square mile in area." Lotos changed her form back into a Snowshoe Hare, and curled up around Warren's neck.

 

NOTE: Your Dæmon can change its form at any time, but must change back in the same post.

Am I right in thinking the Daemons don't settle on a form until the children start to grow up?

 

"I could have done that," said Censin dryly. Ira gently tapped his wing and shot a quick glance at him. She turned her attention back to Warren. "Thanks, I call him Censi. Hmm ... you say there's a strange machine? What did it look like?"

im sure your right?[/align][align=center]"So theres a Machine?" Tran said as He curlled around Alex's Arm. Alex Stood there shivering. "Why put a place like this in the Middle of Antartica?Its so Cold.." as She Breathed you could see the Air coming out her Mouth."Maybe we should go and look for the machine?"

Ira would have shrugged, but it would have risked squashing Censi. "I suppose ... but there's no way I'm going alone." She hugged her furs closer to her, and felt Censi snuggled nearer her. She turned to Tran. "Hello, I'm Ira and you are?"

Tran looked at her. "Im Tran..Youve got a Pretty Name.." Tran then Turned His attention to Censi, "Im Tran and you are?" Looked at Censi. Alex Looked at Ira, "We should Atleast Look Around the Place, Im going to look Around, come if you want" Alex then looked around. "But first im Hungry, i wounder if there is Anything we could find to eat in this Frozen Building.." She looked around the room Examining Everything

"Nice to meet you, my full name's Censilione but I'm called Censi for short," answered Ira's Daemon. Ira responded to Alex, "I dunno but food, but if we ever get thirsty we'll have absolutely no problem."

Liam decided to head back into his room and wondered what he was going to do today in a new enviroment. His Deamon went over yot get her rubber ball and placed it infornt of Liam.

'So wanna play ball do ya?' So liam took his deamon down to the gardens and started to play ball when he accidently threw it so hard it went over the wall. It was goverment property so he couldnt decide to riskk it or play safe and have a sad deamon.

Tran Replied "My real name is Tranquillathy, But i get Called Tran for short." Alex looked at Tran, "Tran, could you turn into an Eagle, and see whever there is a way out?" Tran nodded, and turned into an Eagle, he flew off, After abotu 10 minutes he was Back, ladned on Alexs Shoulder, and Turned back into a Ferret. "I found No way out, all there was was Endless Corridors and alot of Rooms, looks like their is no way out.."
