The Kemuri have several aspects of their bloodline' date=' but at the moment only two of them apply to Kyoukou. The Atgyou and the Katohinote. Atgyou is the tracking style used by the clan, to differentiate between people they can not physically see. This gives a heat-vision, allowing the user to determine the general location of people due to the difference in heat in that area. (Thermal vision basically)

The far more important aspect of this is the Katohinote however, the fire mixing. Kyou was gifted with the strongest fire of them all, Neton, Combustion Style. With this the youth uses normal fire jutsu at enormous power levels for a genin, overpowering other genin fire users easily. The last aspect of Neton is the use of explosions, causing enormous quantities of fire to erupt rapidly, sending people flying and causing severe burns in short periods of time.

The time this technique takes to reach an opponent varies depending on how close they are, but his chakra moves at 5m/second. A Hyuuga would be able to see the chakra under ground, but most shinobi are not aware of the attack until it is right under them, where they will feel a definite increase in the temperature.

By molding Combustion Chakra to the point of contact and releasing it at will, Kyou can also effectively determine how strong the explosion will be.

This fire will form into a crecent shape around the front of his body, forming a ten foot tall wall of fire burning anything that gets close to it (Within a foot). This wall can burn away water and wind techniques of equal rank and the expanding gases caused by the fire can blow away ranged weapons, but outside of this, it has no effect. This technique only lasts for one post following the post of activation (For a total of two.)

 

Personality: Kyoukou is the very epidimy(sp?) of cocky. His version of Fire Style techniques are incredibly powerful, and he's fully aware of it, often taking every opportunity to show off. Aside from this, he's a relatively normal acting youth, with the capacity to analyze adequately if he has to, but preferring to just blow them all up...

Bio Mayuri is a Master Scientist/Inventor and has created many devices and equipment for hunting down Rouge Ninja and techniques to aid him in battle or otherwise. He is like Orochimaru in many ways, mainly with his Body Modifications, some of which would kill a normal man, but Mayuri is not a normal Man, he's Abnormal; one of his most memorable Mods is his Hidden Kusarigama, which he pulls out part of his ear out to form a scythe attached to a rope-like ligament for use as a kusarigama. It is easily as sharp as a standard Katana, and he is quite skilled in it's use. Another one of his famous skills is that he is a Master Chemist he has been shown to be an adept chemist; one of his best creations is the Hojiku-Zai (Regenerative Serum) it can regrow limbs upon injection, and looks like some sort of green chemical, despite the fact he has hundreds of Vials, he only carries 3 at one time. Along with those, Mayuri has Extremely Enhanced Durability, he has shown himself to have a high tolerance to pain as he has been show to have almost half his body blown off but continue fighting.

Description: Ice made from the moisture in the air encircles the enemy for a certain amount of time. Maximum time is 2 minutes.

 

4. "Ice Style: Black Dragon Blizzard"

Description: An Ice Style technique formed from already existing ice. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn. When it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air.

 

5. "Ice Stlye: Frozen Universe"

Description: For 1 hour, anything within 15 feet of the user will start to freeze. The range increases as more chakra is used for this jutsu. If the Shimoyake Eyes are activated during this technique, the amount of time it takes to freeze doubles.

 

6. "Water Style: Exploding Water Shock Wave"

Description: After spitting out a great volume of water from his mouth, the enemy is swallowed up by this advancing surge and crushed. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. When used with an enormous amount of chakra, even dry wastelands will turn into an ocean.

Description: a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the fire element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel a large burst of flames from their body. The fire will surround the user and close allies and move at a high rate of speed forming a protective wall vortex. The vortex's heat is strong enough to destroy incoming attacks. The vortex can be disrupted if doused with water or if sufficient explosive force is expended outside the protective shell.

Where Konoha specializes in speed training, Kyou has focused instead on his strength. It involves heavy punches and kicks without a marked increase in speed. Kyou often couples this Taijutsu with the Fire and Explosions of his Neton to further increase his damage.

Description: Using Kyou's specific Combustion chakra from his Kemuri lineage, this is a standard fire style technique that is greatly enhanced by the Combustion Element. The fireball manifests as a sheer, enormous ball of fire enveloping the area and burning severely. Kyou performs a series of seals and then emits this ball of fire from his mouth. The fire ball shoots out from his mouth about ten meters until it is at it's full expansion, a ball fifteen feet in diameter in any direction. This technique was made famous by the Uchiha Clan, but Kyou's Combustion Style gives it an improved degree of danger, including a hotter burn.

Description: A smaller area, but enhanced damage of the fireball technique. Kyou will perform his handseals and then expel this stream of fire from his mouth or from an extended hand. This fire is roughly circular and about as big around as your forearm, and is capable of severe burns very easily.

Description: Kyou's primary sneak attack. Kyou will perform a string of seals and then place his palm on the ground. Sending his Combustion chakra through the ground to his opponent, he can cause the chakra to come out of the ground as a column of fire or as an explosion, thanks to his Combustion chakra. The time this technique takes to reach an opponent varies depending on how close they are, but his chakra moves at 5m/second. A Hyuuga would be able to see the chakra under ground, but most shinobi are not aware of the attack until it is right under them, where they will feel a definite increase in the temperature.

Description: This technique is just a matter of molding chakra to the point of contact between Kyou and his victim. From this contact point a ball of fire will explode, allowing for added concussive damage on his opponent. Kyou wields this in conjunction with his Taijutsu style, crushing enemies under both brute strength and an explosion from his finger tips. By molding Combustion Chakra to the point of contact and releasing it at will, Kyou can also effectively determine how strong the explosion will be.

Description: By using his Neton chakra, Kyou can take control of any fire within his range and cause it to flare up or die down, turning a simple campfire into fire similar to the Grand Fireball technique, etc. He can also cause the fire to moved, growing and moving to where he wants it. He has not recieved specific skill enough to take the jutsu of another Fire Based shinobi, but any standing fire he can control.

Description: This technique is the only defensive jutsu in Kyou's arsenal, and it's effectiveness is greatly limited. Kyou will perform a string of seals and then emit fire from either hand or his mouth. This fire will form into a crecent shape around the front of his body, forming a ten foot tall wall of fire burning anything that gets close to it (Within a foot). This wall can burn away water and wind techniques of equal rank and the expanding gases caused by the fire can blow away ranged weapons, but outside of this, it has no effect. This technique only lasts for one post following the post of activation (For a total of two.)

 

Personality: Kyoukou is the very epidimy(sp?) of cocky. His version of Fire Style techniques are incredibly powerful, and he's fully aware of it, often taking every opportunity to show off. Aside from this, he's a relatively normal acting youth, with the capacity to analyze adequately if he has to, but preferring to just blow them all up...

Thud, "what was that?" "Relax, it's just another victim falling to the floor." Thud, "and now another. When will this end? How are they able to do this?" I stood and paced the room, back and forth, staring at the dark red walls. I slammed my hands on the table in frustration, "when will this end!?" I tied on my headband, "I'm gonna go train, I'll probably need it." I walked around the wooden desk and out the door. The blue tiles under my feet were covered in blood of the victims, but nobody knew what they were really victims of. People around here were just dying, spitting up blood until they lost enough to kill them, one after another. I went down a flight of stairs, looking at the custodians' sad faces as they cleaned the blood and took out the bodies. I sighed and tried my hardest not to look at the floors. I finnally made it to the doors, even these doors were now stained red, but they were glass and easy to clean. I walked out of the building, but the streets were not much better. "I have a feeling that it's like this everywhere, not just here."
