And get artists who do stuff like Darkblaze Dragon and Gilford. Artists like those people deserve positions with the pro's. Then I would create cards that are both balanced and non-balanced for those who play both Traditional and Advanced. Equality and expressions is the key to success in cases like these. The problem is kids are making really bad E-Hero decks, but I can make a decent E-Hero deck without turning it into a Big City. The problem is the lack of decent Non-Big City support. If they only would have delayed the Evil Heros and released some good support before ditching them and creating a whole new type. Anyways, E-Heros are cool. I got to see to believe (most of the time) I'd make all of you work everyday (half of Christmas) and fire you instantly if you draw another darn e-hero. I'd remove the stupidly banned cards (example: Pot of Greed)  3. I'd make an online yugioh game in which you can make your own deck( not having to start with a crappy deck and getting digital booster packs in order to make a DECENT deck!)  4. I'd destroy Yu-GI-Oh GX from within, and continue the original series 5. I'd make anime- cards real 6. Start making booster packs with cards that require strategy (not the cheesy GX new ones) 7.
