I do get the pun, but I'm not telling. I'd rather let someone else get it.

 

It's very well made. Perhaps you should make the limit 13-17 so it's harder to win the duel with it.

for 12 to 20 cards to special summon this, not sure if Exchange of the Spirit is the best way to make it happen. And the instant win effect for 5 counters on this card seems to over compensate for this, along with you forgot to say the max number of counters it can hold

 

Maybe say when you have 5 counters on this card, it'll inflict 2000 pts of damage to your opponent during EACH player's standby phase

Way way way way way way WAY too Overpowered. Instant win? But it does make it a bit harder with the numbers of handsize and everything. Well, I suppose so. Because of the overpowered effect, I give this card 7/10. Good job. I normally don't give people over 5/10 because I always have packs of harsh criticism lol. Anyway, it's a good card, and I think you have a knack for this kinda thing.

TIP: I always give tips, so heres yours. Instant win bonus seems a bit too good for that. I mean, if you have 12 cards altogether then you can summon it, 5 turns late you win. I'd say make it 8 Stranger counters to win. That way you have to start it when you have 12, and gives the opponent more time, so it's a sort of drawback. Well, there's my advice, PS: I have made a new set of cards:

THE SPACIAL COMMAND SET. Look out for them, theyre good cards.
