When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can place 1 Mutation Counter on it (max. 1). As long as this card remains face-up on the field, once per turn, you can remove 1 Mutation Counter from this card. If you do, you can add 1 "Zombie World" from your Deck to your hand. While this card remains face-up on your side of the field, increase the ATK of this face-up card by 600 points for each face-up Zombie-Type monster on the field. If this face-up card battles a face-up Zombie-Type monster, you can destroy that face-up monster at the end of the Damage Step. If you do, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower face-up Zombie-Type monster from either player's Graveyard to your side of the field.

the very last effect can be removed, it's powerful enough. Maybe you should give it another way to add a mutation counter to it
