Kasumi stood up, *Time to make this place more habitable.* She placed her hands together and used Ice Style: Frozen Garden. The forest around her started to freeze and it started to snow... soon it looked like it was the middle of winter. Then Kasumi laid down and slept.

Ingo and Zenny were walking out of the ghost town when suddenly they noticed snow.

"Hey Zenny , Let's go check this thing out !" said Ingo and Zenny anwserd ; "Uh , OK Ingo."

Kai rushed into the Hokage Office Gates. He bumped into the guard. The guard fell down, but Kai kept running. "MY BAD!" Kai said as he was running. He wasn't paying attention, so he accidently bumped into a ninja (Saba). "Sorry, ma'am." The Hokage yelled at Kai about how he should be on time, about how many times he was late in the past, etc. Kai just kept nodding, but all he heard was "BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH". He hated getting lectured at when he just woke up, but he knew the Hokage can make him a proctor for the Chunin Exams again (which he hated, due to all the paperwork he had to grade) if he didn't follow the Hokage's orders.

Kai was told to guard the Leaf Village Main Gate for a week. It was another job he always hated. He passed by the ninja he bumped into on his way into the building. When Kai got out, he saw the security guard with an angry look on his face. He was walking towards Kai. "Uhh... calm down... I didn't mean it....uhh..." Kai jumped up, over the guard and made hand signs. "Ice Style: Frostbike Spikes!" The spikes came from the ground and trapped the guard. Kai then ran off to the main gate's guard post.

The Kemuri have several aspects of their bloodline, but at the moment only two of them apply to Kyoukou. The Atgyou and the Katohinote. Atgyou is the tracking style used by the clan, to differentiate between people they can not physically see. This gives a heat-vision, allowing the user to determine the general location of people due to the difference in heat in that area. (Thermal vision basically)

The far more important aspect of this is the Katohinote however, the fire mixing. Kyou was gifted with the strongest fire of them all, Neton, Combustion Style. With this the youth uses normal fire jutsu at enormous power levels for a genin, overpowering other genin fire users easily. The last aspect of Neton is the use of explosions, causing enormous quantities of fire to erupt rapidly, sending people flying and causing severe burns in short periods of time.

The ninja will then use the low visibility to enhance their chances on landing successful attack as well as use the heat to fatigue their opponent quicker. This technique requires almost the full concentration of the user�s chakra and if any other technique is used, it is dispelled immediately

The vortex can be disrupted if doused with water or if sufficient explosive force is expended outside the protective shell.

Description: This is Kyou's personal form of Taijutsu that he has been training in since his first day in Kasai's Pit. Where Konoha specializes in speed training, Kyou has focused instead on his strength. It involves heavy punches and kicks without a marked increase in speed. Kyou often couples this Taijutsu with the Fire and Explosions of his Neton to further increase his damage.

Description: Using Kyou's specific Combustion chakra from his Kemuri lineage, this is a standard fire style technique that is greatly enhanced by the Combustion Element. The fireball manifests as a sheer, enormous ball of fire enveloping the area and burning severely. Kyou performs a series of seals and then emits this ball of fire from his mouth. The fire ball shoots out from his mouth about ten meters until it is at it's full expansion, a ball fifteen feet in diameter in any direction. This technique was made famous by the Uchiha Clan, but Kyou's Combustion Style gives it an improved degree of danger, including a hotter burn.

Description: A smaller area, but enhanced damage of the fireball technique. Kyou will perform his handseals and then expel this stream of fire from his mouth or from an extended hand. Description: Kyou's primary sneak attack. Kyou will perform a string of seals and then place his palm on the ground. Sending his Combustion chakra through the ground to his opponent, he can cause the chakra to come out of the ground as a column of fire or as an explosion, thanks to his Combustion chakra. The time this technique takes to reach an opponent varies depending on how close they are, but his chakra moves at 5m/second. A Hyuuga would be able to see the chakra under ground, but most shinobi are not aware of the attack until it is right under them, where they will feel a definite increase in the temperature.

Description: This technique is just a matter of molding chakra to the point of contact between Kyou and his victim. From this contact point a ball of fire will explode, allowing for added concussive damage on his opponent. Kyou wields this in conjunction with his Taijutsu style, crushing enemies under both brute strength and an explosion from his finger tips. By molding Combustion Chakra to the point of contact and releasing it at will, Kyou can also effectively determine how strong the explosion will be.

Description: By using his Neton chakra, Kyou can take control of any fire within his range and cause it to flare up or die down, turning a simple campfire into fire similar to the Grand Fireball technique, etc. He can also cause the fire to moved, growing and moving to where he wants it. He has not recieved specific skill enough to take the jutsu of another Fire Based shinobi, but any standing fire he can control.

Description: This technique is the only defensive jutsu in Kyou's arsenal, and it's effectiveness is greatly limited. Kyou will perform a string of seals and then emit fire from either hand or his mouth. This fire will form into a crecent shape around the front of his body, forming a ten foot tall wall of fire burning anything that gets close to it (Within a foot). This wall can burn away water and wind techniques of equal rank and the expanding gases caused by the fire can blow away ranged weapons, but outside of this, it has no effect. This technique only lasts for one post following the post of activation (For a total of two.)

 

Personality: Kyoukou is the very epidimy(sp?) of cocky. His version of Fire Style techniques are incredibly powerful, and he's fully aware of it, often taking every opportunity to show off. Aside from this, he's a relatively normal acting youth, with the capacity to analyze adequately if he has to, but preferring to just blow them all up...

[spoiler=Bio:] The son of Ayatsuri Hibo and Kemuri Taika, he took his mother's name due to his unawareness of who his father was. The fact that his bloodline lends itself to her side of the family, not his. He only found out about his father at eleven, and from their began to emulate him greatly, much to both parents' concerns.But now his former country, the Land of fire, now seek him out, for plotting to overthrow its government and being involved in numerous assassinations, including one of a feudal lord of an unknown country

A of fire (size of a basket ball) explode the area around him; "I love the small of burning ninja's in the morning.'' Kyou look be hide him; "Who are y...." The person be hide knock him out; "Ummm.... where am I? What the hell is all this Ice." Kyou Look around; "This can only be the work of one ninja." Kyou gotten up; "Kasumi Sakinaga! Where the hell are you?"

 

Saba walk in to the Hokage office; "Yes Sir, Jonin Sabratina “Saba” Akitsuma.'' The Hokage told her about the Akatsuki and the Rogue ninja; "Sir what will the Leaf Village do about this.'' The Hokage Told her about him send an Anbu squad out to get information but was kill; "So..... What do you want me to do?'' Hokage told Sabrathina he want her and few other ninja's to go stop; "But sir.... Who should I bring." The Hokage did't answer; "Yes sir!" Saba walk off and was thinking about who she should bring; "I got it." Saba take a not on the door of Kai,Kristjan Hark,Kai Aranami,Hayate Masaru,Tasaki El'noir-Leaf. The note was tell them about the Akatsuki and Rogue ninja; "I hope they can help me."

Kai tried to stay awake while he was sitting at the guard post. He saw a spider crawling up the counter. He took out a kunai and killed it. He always hated spiders. "This really sucks..." Kai said as he yawned. He almost fell asleep until he saw a small group of merchants entering the village. They walked up to him and asked Kai where they could get some food. He suggested a restaurant that sells a lot of food for a small price. The merchants left, and Kai was about to close his eyes.

one merchant watch as the ninja fall asleep at his post;" Earth style Assimilated Rock Blizzard!" The assassin jump in the air;"The leaf village will be destroy!'' Laugh evilly; "Hahaha!"

Kai suddenly woke up and jumped in front of the assassin. "Sneaky little b*tch..." Kai said as his eyes turned blue and his skin turned into ice. "You were so close. But next time, you shouldn't laugh like a moron. It's disturbing and can wake people up. Kai had a smirk on his face.
