No OCG errors, as I can see.

 

Pretty darn good effect, but lower it to say, 800.

reduce its atk to 1300..and the effect to + 800 and its perfect ;)

Yeah, I suppose 2500 ATK is too much for lvl 4 monster even with the Spell/Trap Zone restriction.

Done and done, lowered the ATK by 100 and the ATK increasing effect by 200, now having 2200 ATK when the effect applies. I hope it's good now.

this will reach the 3000 atk mark too quickly, drop the base atk down to 1100ish or something
