You can only Summon "Universe Dragon" by the effect of the Ritual card "Coming of the Dark Universe." When "Unverise Dragon" is Tribute Summoned in Atk position you can sacrifice this card to desrtoy all Face-up and Face-down Monster, Trap, and Spell cards on the field. Both players lose 1ooo Life Points for each card that is sent from the field to the graveyard by this effect. This effect can only be activated during the turn this card was Ritual Summoned. I'm not sure how to make these cards bigger but this is the effect of Universe Dragon.
