If this card is used for Synchro Summon of Spellcaster-type Synchro Monster you can pay 1000 Lifepoints to have it be treated as a Level 4 monster. When this card is sent from the Field to the Graveyard you can Special Summon 1 "Bunnia Magic LV4"

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. It can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Bunnia Magic LV2" If this card is used for Synchro Summon of Spellcaster-type Synchro Monster you can pay 2000 lifepoints to have it be treated as a level 6 monster.

Oh really you think? I thought it would make it OP being a level six tuner.

Tuners function better as lower level monsters. If you have a level 6 tuner, then you can't bring out a level 4,5, or 6 synchro (easily). Personally, I would never activate the LVL 4 ability (it costs too much for little benifit). but the LVL 2 monster is awesome (if not OP'ed). When you sacrifice him, you get the LVL 4. When you synchro him, you get the LVL 4. When he is destroyed by battle, you get the LVL 4. When he is destroyed by card effect, you get the LVL4.

 

Personally I would limit the activation of LVL 2's effect. Something like "when this card is sent to the graveyard for a synchro summon." etc.

ragnarok is right, 2000 is way too much. Being a Level 4 Tuner is in itself powerful, as you can summon most Synchro monsters laughably easy that way.

 

The Level 2 version is very oped, so restrict it.
