or rather a card. This is another card such as swift gaia or obnoxious celtic guardian. plz rate it on its effect more than anything

Yeah, that by battle part was the only thing I wasn't completely sure about. I guess this card is a little OP'd. Maybe lower the ATK boost to 300 or 200, and limit the last effect. "If this card would be destroyed by the effect of an opponent's Spell Card, you can destroy 1 face-up DARK Fiend-Type monster you control instead." (Or Trap, Monster Effect.)
