Here are my new cards

Decrease the Level of every WATER Attribute monster in your hand and Graveyard by 1, by paying 500 Life Points you can negate this effect until the End Phase. This card gains 1 Flood Counter every time a WATER Attribute monster is sent to the Graveyard. By removing 3 Flood Counter you can halve the ATK of 1 face-up monster until the End Phase. By removing 6 Flood Counters your can Special Summon 1 WATER Attribute monster from your Graveyard. During each of your Stand-By Phase you must discard 1 card, if you cannot this card is destroyed. If this card is destroyed expect by its own effect you can Draw card(s) equal to the card(s) discarded by this effect.

Once per a turn during your Stand-By Phase if you control no Magic or Trap Cards, you can discard 1 WATER monster to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle you can Tribute this card to Draw 1 card. If the drawn card is a Monster Card switch the Battle Position of all monsters on the field.

Once per a turn during your Stand-By Phase you can select 1 WATER monster in your Graveyard, this card is treated as the same Level as the selected card, until your End Phase. When this card destroys a monster by battle, with the same Level as this card you can add 1 Magic Card from your Graveyard to the top of your Deck.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned. This card cannot be Special Summoned, expect by it's own effect. When this card is drawn reveal it to your opponent, and place it in your opponent's Spell and Trap Card Zone. This card is treated as a continuous Trap Card. If your opponent's Spell and Trap Card Zone is full, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card, on your opponent's side of the field. During each of your Stand-By Phase that this card is Set in your opponent's Spell and Trap Card Zone, you must Tribute 1 monster. During each of your opponent's Draw Phase, He/She must reveal the drawn card. If the revealed card is a Magic you can Draw 1 Card. If the Revealed card is a Monster you can Special Summon this card to your side of the field. If the revealed card is a Trap Card return this card to your Deck.

 

As for a Synchro i fixed

1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monster with "Luma" in its name.

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can remove from play the top cards of your opponent Deck, equal to the number of "Luma" monsters in your hand. You can destroy card(s) on the field, equal to the number of Monster Cards removed from play by this effect. While this card remains face-up on the field all monsters in your opponent hand Level is increased by 1. Once per a turn during your Stand-By Phase you can remove from play 1 effect monster from your either player's Graveyard to have this card gain(s) the removed monster effect, until the End Phase. This effect can only be activated if this card attribute is the same as the removed monster. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, the controller of this card must discard every card in his/her hand with the letter "R."

I'll comment on this post! no one is commenting on my post ether :(

anyway, OCG error, many small ones. Here is the best I can do to help:

 

OCG of first card:

aside from the OCG, they are a bit OP. But don't get me wrong, I like the cards. Best is the spell card although I would decrease the number of counters needed to special summon a monster. still good job, keep on makin cards! 6.9/10

For the second card the OCG as a result of battle or by battle doesnt really make a difference its just the wording of some people. As for the last card i want the effect to be "You can," not then (it does make a difference)

Dragon of Dark Waves and Lightsworn Destroyer need some drawbacks to balance it out more

lightsworn destroyer is a 11 star monster that requires 3 or more specific monster. There's a limited amount of combination you can make plus strong cards can easily be destroyed, even chaining book of moon can stop this card from triggering its effect. As for the 3rd effect its sorta overpowered but u cant activate it the same turn it was synchro summoned. as for wave dragon most water base decks dont have much discarding cards so it kinda hard to put in your graveyard, plus u have to take the risk of leaving your field open which will makes it easier for your opponent to OTK you (without the need to cold wave or giant)
