Well, i got bored and made this 3 cards:

1 Anti-Tuner + "Slimer" + "Ybe"

This card is also treated as a Warrior-Type. This card can only be Summoned if the Field Spell Card "Dragon Domain" is activated. When Summoned, remove from play up to 3 Synchro monsters from your Opponent's Extra Deck. This card gains 500 ATK for every Dragon-Type monster on your side of the field. If your Opponent Summon a Synchro monster, Decreases the ATK and DEF of that card by 700. If this card destroy a Warrior-Type monster by battle, it cannot attack in your next Battle Phase. If the ATK of this card is 3000 or higher, it cannot attack Life Points Directly. Remove from play 3 Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard to remove from play all cards from your Opponent's hand. This card cannot be destroyed by the effect of an Spell or Trap card . If this card is destroyed by battle, choose 1 of the following effects:

• Remove from play all cards from your Opponent's Extra Deck.

• Increases your Life Points by 4000.

 

[spoiler=Lore]1 Dark Tuner + 1 or more non Tuner monsters.

This card can only be Synchro Summoned. This card increases the ATK of all Aqua, Fish and Sea Serpent-Type monsters by 400. If this card is destroyed by battle, choose 1 of the following effects:

- Increases your Life Points by 500.

- Move 1 Tuner, Dark Tuner or Anti-Tuner from your Graveyard to your hand.

That Level 14 Anti-Synchro it's not, well, let's call it's not an "Official" Anti-Synchro, since I made the max level of a Anti-Synchro 13. The arrangement of the Anti-Stars you may ask to DMG.
