THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERS MAY NOT BE USED:SONIC THE HEDGEHOGSHADOW THE HEDGEHOGMILES "TAILS" PROWER THE FOXKNUCKLES THE ECHIDNAROUGE THE BATDR. IVO "EGGMAN" ROBOTNIKAMY ROSE THE HEDGEHOG That's right, folks. For this contest, i want you to think outside the box. Let some of the lesser-known people shine in the spotlight. You will be judged on the following (by me, Dragon Master, and Flame Dragon):Picture QualityEffect CreativityBalance (no over/underpowered)How obscure the character is (The less well-known the character is, the better you will do in this catagory.) First Place: 2 reps and 50 pointsSecond Place: 1 rep and 50 pointsThird place: 50 points There are three bonus characters. If someone makes one of those 3 (and it hasn't been made before), they will be awarded 50 points. So in total, that's 150 extra points you could win!ATTENTION: THE FIRST BONUS CHARACTER IS MY FAVORITE CHARACTER IN THE SONIC SERIES, METAL SONIC! IT HAS BEEN REVEALED BY NARUTO8825.
